The Pileas Logistic Center is a pioneering development designed to support the specialized needs of two clients, ALFAOMEGA and M&M MILITZER & MUNCH. This state-of-the-art facility is Greece’s first LEED Silver-certified logistics building, offering a total capacity of 22,000 square meters.

This two-level complex is meticulously designed to meet the strict requirements of pharmaceutical storage and third-party logistics. It integrates advanced temperature zoning systems that ensure the safe handling and preservation of various product needs. The facility prioritizes operational efficiency and environmental sustainability and is equipped with cutting-edge climate and humidity control technologies that optimize storage conditions while reducing energy consumption.
